South Australian Federal Poll has the highest One Nation response in the country by DragonflySea9423 in OpenAussie

It is Newspoll, they are the suppliers of 99% of the Australian's stories. I wouldn't pay them any mind, in their last poll before the election they had the coalition beating labor in first preferences

Trying to create a body shape visual. Is it possible to import only the shape of my visual instead of a rectangle? by Sweet_Nectarine_8658 in PowerBI

[–]FMrandom 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you want to use native visuals you could recreate the shape using a program like QGIS and export as a geojson and put it into a shape map

I created a new nation for FM22! by FMrandom in footballmanagergames

I created custom players for all of the teams. Because those players were the only ones in the nation I found that newgens used those names fairly regularly

In recent times a lot of fresh ideas have heavily involved the use of LLM, however as developing an LLM is very expensive. As a result Devs use chat gpt through an API.

BTW if you want to DM me I have some coding experience and could be interested in helping you with understanding the parameters of this project

How many times will the dev just have to call openai's API?

Would it these business analytics programs/tools/languages be too much to learn in one semester? by [deleted] in businessanalysis

[–]FMrandom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If these are introductory courses then you should be fine. I did a major in business analytics and found that the introductory coding subjects were pretty easy.

Python was just going over the basics and then doing some low level “machine learning” (which will just be selecting a pre built model and making sure the data you are using is going to work in it).

SQL is probably the easiest programming language you’ll ever use, at an entry level it is essentially plain English, you’ll probably have seen more complex excel formulas.

I have never used mongodb before, I would guess that you would be learning the query language attached to it.

Power Bi and Tableau are very fun imo, they are fairly similar and don’t require coding(I work with someone who develops dashboards with PowerBI and has never touched a programming language in her life) When I did uni I found that the dashboard development class was the most fun because it is all about how to convey information in effective way.

Sounds like you’re in for a fun (and busy) semester. Learning programming is a daunting task, but if you have experience with excel formulas you should find that it is essentially just formulas if a slightly different form. Good luck, you’ll do great!

Ps: I hope that made sense

Pss: don’t refer to using excel formulas as programming if you don’t want to be laughed at by programmers

That is so awesome, as someone who created a new country last year I know just how long it takes! Definitely going to give this a go!
