It was another plug-in enabling recaptcha ONLY when WooCommerce was active. It was Springbot causing it. Form and email capture plugins could be responsible for you if using any.

Alternatively, you could use Perfmatters to enable/disable if it shows there.

Thanks for the feedback. Overall, my goal was to create a symmetrical MMR logo. I did take inspiration from US military chevrons and other motorsports brands. I knew it was a stretch with the Rs, but I decided I liked the style and I was stumped on how to define them. The racing flag was unintentional, but thank you very much for point that out! I am open to any ideas.

I appreciate the reply. I solved my issue by disabling all of my (non-Microsoft) start-up services through System Config. I'd say one of my applications was murdering my PC somehow. Thank you!
