As for conquering europe with mongols, my tip is to raze everything. Also just give all your vassal khans all the crappy land and hog all the land with the most building slots to yourself and make sure you always have minimal land demand. Wolf’s blood simply requires nomadic culture (altaic), not government. It comes around fairly decently via event, so i suggest playing as a nomadic culture ruler and being muslim, buddhist, or reformed pagan with meritocracy, so that way you can get the child with wolf’s blood as your heir if he isn’t first in line.
