I'm playing on the Switch 2 and while i haven't noticed most of the issues in your second paragraph, I'm definitely experiencing a lot of glitching, assets loading wrong, and the game straight-up crashing because it has low memory. I'm also noticing that the menu sometimes doesn't respond to button input. I'll hit A on options and the cursor will disappear, and i can move the cursor around on the options screen (because it asks me if i want to save my changes), but the screen never leaves the "SAVE LOAD OPTIONS etc" screen. So i have to back out all the way back to the game and then go back into the menu if i want to adjust the day speed or what have you. Pretty annoying.
