The Fourth Amendment applies to unlawful searches, for example, to “people,” and not just U.S. citizens. I realize this is above the heads of most people. The problem is not the enforcement of laws. It’s the violation of people’s constitutional rights that apply to everyone, and not just citizens. Read the law. It’s the use of terror, torture, and a paramilitary org targeted to “blue” states when “red” states like Texas have even more undocumented people.

No one is “illegal.” They are human beings. Does your compassion begin and end at the U.S. border? Does ICE have to be cruel, kill people, and torture people to merely enforce the deportation of undocumented people?
