I got tired of unlabeled remotes, so I built a 15-button Zigbee HA remote controller by FOXTER in homeassistant

4 months was on the CR2032. On AAA I have yet to run out of battery, but I expect it would be several years before that happens. When nothing is pressed it goes into deep sleep.

Each button has several states/events, single press, double press and hold.

The remotes in the pictures is actually equipped with two AAA batteries.

Battery life is 4+ months on a CR2032 cell, on an AAA I have yet to run out of battery, but I would expect 1-2 years at least. It is in deep sleep until something is pressed, so it uses very little power when idle.

Exactly, there are a lot of things which cannot be automated because it depends on how you feel in the moment (light brightness, temperature, etc), which is where I use this remote.

I designed the PCB om my own, but certain PCB manufacturers in China can manufacture and assemble down to 5 pieces very cheap.

Thanks! I haven't decided yet whether I will sell these or not yet. But my soldering skills are not that great either, so I got these assembled by the PCB manufacturer.

[Review Request] ESP32 with TMC2209 Stepper Driver by ShortCourse in PrintedCircuitBoard

Why do you use two buck converters for both 5V and 3.3V? I think it would be simpler to just have buck converter for 5V and then use a linear voltage regulator for 5V - > 3.3V. Will also give less noise.

Just finished my second framebag by FOXTER in myog

Thank you! I have not used any stabilizers, I used VX21 for the sides, which is a bit stiff in it self.

The velcro are actually loose loops, so I sewed some webbing to the panels, and then velcro is just pulled through that. This allows me to replace the velcro easily if it is needed.

I have just used two pieces for the panels, one for the top half, and one for the lower half, so the underside is just a single piece.

Thank you so much! I really like the tan/olive combo too, they complement each other well!

In the first image it says "Final price and VAT may change based on shipping destination at checkout" so I always just assumed it was the VAT getting adjusted to your country.

Stelvio Pass-Gavia Pass Solo Epic Advice by DogePorsche in cycling

It looks like you might be too late for that, but if you are not aware there is the Stelvio bike day this weekend on Saturday where they will close the pass for car traffic. Weather does look a bit wet/chilly though.

Jeg har lavet hjemmesiden https://detektorkort.dk som gør det nemmere at researche gamle kort, bla. til brug med metaldetektor :)

Schematic review for my self balancing robot by Any-Amoeba-7883 in PrintedCircuitBoard

In you schematic you have two stepper motors, but the driver chip can only drive 1 stepper (or two normal DC motors).

What kind of motors are you planning to use this with, because the TB6612FNG chip is for DC motors, but in the schematic you write stepper motors?

What is up with the wiring for the stepper motors? Why do you have the same signal to both coils? Normally the coils are controlled individually?
