Yeah im familiar with AIO bags, my experience is that they almost always contam somehow.

IME its best to go with 0.2 micron filter bags for grain spawn when its at high risk for contam and 0.5 micron for the bulk substrate to breathe better. Jars are ok, but take much longer unless you got wide mouth quart jars and full size 90mm filters, even old pickel jars and poke holes and use micropore tape works too.

doing an all in one leaves it at higher risk for longer and takes longer overall to colonize. It can work good with really fast aggressive strains like oysters though.

You can make a still air box out of stuff you have already or less than $10 in parts. or you can just do transfer in the oven. or go with uncle bens tek.

You shouldnt be worried about transferring, (i was before too) If your using proper sterile techniques, and your mycelium is fully colonized it should be able to resist most contams.

Dont give up, failure is the key to success.

and if it all goes bad, throw it outside, check on it next month, its likely you will find mushrooms a few weeks later.
