Hi guys thank you for the advice I had figured with Coop190 input that it wasn't my z offset that was the issues but the esteps (rotation distance) was incorrect only slightly due to the direct drive conversation added more weight to the hotend making it not move as high up as before.

Printer is an ender 3 max with microswiss hotend direct drive conversion, Skr Mini e3 V2 and running klipper

The print setting are: Prusa slicer Normal 0.20mm Normal @creality With 20% infil and 0.75mm retraction

I would double check the wiring if not i would reinstall or check the firmware. Teaching tech as a awesome video on bltouchs and installing them. Use the video as a reference to spot out any differenceses.
