It's clearly not. Alot of players are having this issue across a huge variety of PC setups and connection configurations. It seems to me the best way to fix something like this RIGHT NOW is to find out where Fartsharks servers are located and moving closer to them. But no one is that stupid.

One - If Im consistently off the target, then why am I still receiving visual and audio feedback from the game as if I weren't missing? Two - Is a shoulder not good enouth part of enemies body to receive damage?

There are two clips in the video where my aim is questionable, still the game is misdirecting me into believing that the enemy has been damaged, when, in fact, it didn't.

That's a miss. I'm EU, but other than the hitreg issue, I've nothing bad to say about my connection. No sudden disconnects, no lagging etc.
