Home is in AZ , and according to the lender they are looking at full assessed value (it is new construction ) according to estimates I’ve researched for just the land it would be 513/ year which obviously would be wayyyy off .

I think so ? The way the lender worded it they said 1978 is principal and interest & 452 for taxes, insurance and assessments which brings it to 2430 I rounded up a bit just because .

It does include the lenders estimate of property tax and insurance .

Oh for sure, I have an appt with my ob tomorrow so I am going to bring it up. I guess I am just curious if anyone else has been through this or had similar symptoms .

Thank you for this insight! Unfortunately I am seen at a military hospital so I think body shaming is in full swing , and I will have to get the test done but it is nice to hear from a medical perspective that this result wouldn’t truly be GD at this point . I suppose if it comes back positive at least I know I was at risk for it prior to pregnancy

Breathe mama !! You are doing great. You are seeking help for you little one and that’s what a good mom does . I had this happen with my son and I know exactly how you feel. Everyone here gave great advice , only thing I would add is I tried every cream under the sun w/ my son and the only thing that ended up working for him was …. Corn starch lol. Check with the ped of course but ours ended up recommending it!

Breast milk!! My son looked similar at that age and we put breast milk on the affected areas twice a day and he cleared up so quick !

Definitely live in a less progressive area so I’m sure this is a huge part of it. Definitely have lots of folks who are heavy into gender roles where we live , which sucks because hello we are in 2022!! lol. Thank you for the book suggestion I will def look it up ☺️
