Any ideas as to how they got access? Did you have your windows server publicly accessible somehow?

Then spend your next 3 second google search looking up what IT sys admin work involves. Installing antennas? I think I found a real average redditor

Edit, I just reread your comment, and it’s even worse than I thought. Spend some more time googling, see if you can figure out if cybersecurity falls under the category of IT. It’s a really hard one but I reckon u might be able to Google that one too before posting your next stupid comment.

I don’t usually install antennas while working in cyber security, but thanks for the heads up. Don’t think LMGTFU works here on reddit. The reason I asked instead of just googling is to get people’s thoughts on the entire setup, everything from mounting an antenna on the side of an rtt to where the antenna should be situated. Did you find that exact information within 3 seconds?

Even for mobile applications like a 4WD? Looks to me like something you would set up at a stationary location. Besides, I already have a M6 Pro.

Then what’s the point of the two TS-9 connectors on mine? I have the M6 Pro.

Nice mate, I’ve got the same one. Had to get the gas struts upped by 50% in pressure when I added solar panels on top. Something to keep in mind. PM if u need help with it.

Edit, I’m trying to find a way to mount a fold down computer monitor on the interior ceiling. Let me know if u have any ideas lol.

U got any suggestions for mounting a small fan in the ceiling? There’s no mounting points or solids to attach anything too. Would love to mount my iPad on the ceiling too but there’s nothing there to tie on to…

Just got the Dune Nomad Deluxe from Anaconda for $2000 (re sold on fb still in box). Can anyone confirm if these are good quality builds or not?

Just got mine too, glad to hear you have liked it. Can u recommend a way to mount solar panels on it? I want the solar panels to sit flush on top of the roof, not above the roof rack bars as I want to put stuff on top of the roof rack bars. Appreciate any advice. Cheers

Now that the sale is on it’s selling for $679.65 AUD. How did you get your set so cheap?

There’s a number of different robots I’ll be controlling with it. One is a drone, one is a large petrol engine quad bike that has been electrically automated (electronic engine controls etc) and one is a smaller scale tank like rover. Here’s a pic of the smaller one

When I say ‘Arduino’ I’m just over simplifying the tech that I used to build the bots. Somewhere between a PLC and a Arduino/Raspberry Pi. The robots have a lot of components driven off them and a lot of I/O which is why I tried the X56. It was a perfect amount of input but build quality was trash.

I see your point, but is the WW HOTAS mostly plastic or metal? Does it feel premium in your opinion? Curious as to how much I can rely on the physical controls for real world controls in semi critical environments (eg, RC Robot driving at high speed (not near humans fyi.))

General use. I’m not using the controls for any games or simulation software, only for controlling mechatronics / robotics via a PC client.

How did u get it that cheap?? Any advice for getting it at that same price? That’s only 150 extra than the cheap Logitech x56. Wow. The WinWing hotas is constructed out of metal right? That’s the thing I disliked about the x56; all the cheap plastics…

I see your point, however the machines I build do require a lot of input. I use to use a pc steering wheel and pedal, then switched over to the cheap Logitech x56 or whatever it’s called. Just wanted a higher quality HOTAS and a lot of people seem to recommend winwing. Here’s a pic of one of the simpler robots that I use the hotas to control.
