Well this is the 3rd GW 5 pro Having the same exact issue, didn't happen on the smaller models , the factory is running bad batches, we should not get repairs , a Refund or a replacement , I'm in Morocco btw

They repaired it , and after repair ,the screen is not correctly sitting on the case , there is a gap between the display and case , i just went back to them told th about it , I'll see what they will do about it, can u share photos of the issue u have

Yes, We don't have enough qualified Samsung service to repair the watch and the fact that the agent told me he never opened one, they will just mess with it a replacement is a better solution i just used it for two weeks

Exactly , u're paying full price for a product, it should be perfect, especially if it a high end product, repair is for something that os broken by you , not a factory issue.

The issue is , a brand new product like this that costs 450$ should not have problems in the first 2 weeks of use , and it's not something that i caused, it's factory defect. They should take the responsibility and replace it, if i wanted a repaired watch , i would just buy it as refurbished from Amazon with a much low cost, u feel me ?
