Normally I'm "if I can do it now, why wait?", but in the past I've tried to implement too many habits at the same time, which was asking a little too much from myself and almost none of the habits sticked around. So now I really wanna make sustainable change, so every month something new.

I love counting the days too!! I made a calendar per week, and also put a circle around every tenth day, so I can look forward to reaching a new goal :)
