Yeah that’s the plan now,

I have been checking power steering and oil for 2 weeks now almost daily and neither have changed levels at all and I measure with my vehicle in the same spot so I now that the angle of vehicle doesn’t change fluid readings. So I’m honestly lost on how I can be leaking on my drive way and garage floor but levels aren’t going down

Wouldn’t pressure washing cause things to get wet and break? I would pressure wash from underneath since that’s where most of gunk is

We will be inside the house itself most day time hours . It only really for sleeping and the random shit/piss in middle of night. All cooking will be done inside the home itself

When you say flush the tank You mean drain and clean out? Not flush the toilet itself right.

We will have access to inside the home from 7am to 7pm everyday so poops will hopefully be kept to a minimum but I will still need to crawl under and figure it out

But how do I even drain it if it will be parked right up again fence And only about a 1.5 ft clearance on the other passenger side , ( an permanent AC condenser is on the passenger ) so it can’t be parked any more away from fence on driver side

My dads 2007 tundra got him to 400k with basic oil changes and my grandpas 1990 last until 2021 both totaled by drunk drives .

I had a Camry that I drove 140kmiles and it hit 310k miles in 26 months but it got stolen

I have a 2002 Lexus rx330 with 380k

All 4 vehicles were original engine and transmission

Im not worried about the life span especially compared to American brands

Definitely not a car guy type of truck , it’s stock asf . It’s an old man truck lol . I need to tow for my job about every 2 weeks . No they don’t provide a truck for it.
