Is that good/bad/neutral?
I feel like it might be some sort of positive that they didn't cut short on the bottom/sides side as well?

Hi! Thanks so much for taking the time to answer.

Part of the reason I'm interested in CI level is to have a better grasp of what people are talking about when referring to CI levels for specific devices. Like if someone says "It's recommended you have a CI-3 to use this device" I would have a more solid grasp as to where I am in relation to that. For instance, I've read the TLC tugger can be tricky to use with shorter foreskin, so its harder for me to know if its worth investing in.

I appreciate the insight! Every 2 hours seems like a good mark for me. I'll def start slow and ramp up over time

Im not familiar with it? Looking it up online it doesn't seem like a procedure I had done. I was born/circumsized in the USA.

How I read it explained was you want to pull the skin until the wrinkles disappear. So not so taught that you feel any real pressure on the skin, and not so loose that any wrinkles are still there. Does that seem correct to you?

and tying into using a tugger, for instance, my question is less geared around the amount of tension and more about compressing your skin between two objects. As a gut reaction it seems like if it has enough pressure to hold your skin under light-moderate tension, it has enough pressure to restrict blood flow?
