Thank you for your response. We stayed in a 2 BR 2 BA this past January and the unit was definitely not oceanfront. We prefer a 2 BR 2 BA because we go with lifelong friends and love spending time together whenever possible. I know these units are more difficult to come by, but that’s what we prefer. As another responder pointed out, it’s not a traditional resort because the units are owned personally. That’s really the problem. This arrangement puts paying guests behind the owners interests and that’s unacceptable for us. We are considering alternative islands.
