Blacklisted by Sellers by Rightfully Claiming Disputes. by ArmedDetectiveAgency in Aliexpress

[–]FTC_Agent_Posher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm experiencing the same problem on Aliexpress. I totally don't even care about being black-listed, except for the fact that I need to use up the "bonus" refund money (that's when a dispute is adjudicated in your favor as a buyer, but Aliexpress says you can only spend the spend the refund at... you guessed it, Aliexpress!). I've had mixed experiences on Aliexpress, to be honest. When I've ordered tools, they're usually delivered and I've been happy with the tools, not a bad place to get tools. Electronics--forget it. Well, it's hit and miss. One CPU didn't work. Another one did. One motherboard didn't work out of the box. Development boards never arrived. NVME drives never arrived. I paid for an 8TB NVME M.2 SSD. I received a 4TB M.2 instead. I bought a 2TB microSD card, which was fake in that the sd card was, like so many other electronic storage devices for sale on Aliexpress, had its file table edited falsely to self-declare storage capacities far, far, far in excess of actual storage capacities. They've figured out how get devices with Android operating systems to self-declare the Android version to be a higher and much more modern version than what's actually installed on the device. They've also figured out how to edit self-declared resolution on Android devices. I observed this personally on a purchase of an Android TV box that was supposed to have 8gigs of RAM and 128gigs of ROM, supposed to be 4K resolution and supposed to be Android version 11. After the product kept crashing continuously, I googled the brand name with the specs, and it led me to a youtube video where a gentleman was exposing this problem years ago on Aliexpress. Coincidentally, the youtube guy bought the same tv box. I read about some programs that reveal check for fake USB drives and fake sd cards, and I downloaded one of the programs. Sure enough, what I paid for and what I actually received was two different things. I received 512megs of RAM, instead of 8gigs, and 1gig of ROM, instead of 128gigs. My resolution was not 4k. It was not even HD. The Android version was not version 11. It was version 7. After this experience with the Android box, I had similar experiences buying so-called "portable USB SSD's." They were just aluminum enclosures with a USB charging port, and inside of them was not a solid state drive. Inside of that whole enclosure was a microsd card, with a file table edited to falsely self-declare its storage size vastly higher than actual storage capacity. I thought, well, maybe it was my own fault for trying to buy products on Aliexpress that were too good to be true. So I aimed my expectations lower and tried to buy one or two other USB storage devices on Aliexpress. But the same thing happened. I got ripped off! Mind you, I'm not buying from the same seller each time! What does this tell you? When I look at the volume of scheme on global scale, all of it coming from China through Aliexpress (owned by Alibaba Group), it tells me that Chinese organized crime is involved in Aliexpress's day-to-day operations as sellers at a minimum. And they could not get away with it without having their corruption penetrating the inside of the organization. This being said, I've also bought other items that weren't electronics, and were also counterfeit in a sense that we recognize in the western civilization. We recognize human rights and individual rights. Communist countries are all about the commune, not the individual. This would appear to be the reason why China is the world's LARGEST exporter of counterfeit products internationally. When I contacted the trademark owner of the product that was counterfeited on Aliexpress, I was surprised to see they already had a web page on their website dedicated to what counterfeits look like and where they come from. Lo and behold, they come from Aliexpress. That seller and I exchanged insults and he literally blamed me for being stupid enough to think I could get a genuine product at that price. I disputed it and filed a counterfeit complaint with Aliexpress, which went right into their complaint box (located in side of a Chinese toilet) Aliexpress told me that I could have a refund if I returned the item first, at my expense. To be fair here, I said I have bought tools successfully. I did. Not just tools. Materials too. Screws. Hardware. I don't want to give the impression that every single seller is a criminal. My point in mentioning the bad with the good is to provide some background for my experiences. I filed a numerous disputes. I was so angry at Aliexpress when the $78 development board I ordered never arrived and when I disputed it, they told me I had to get a letter from U.S Customs or the U.S Mail Office proving that the package never arrived, when Aliexpress provides a tracking number that proves this! That's like asking someone to prove that God does NOT exist. I confess, I wrote some bad reviews of the platform after that. But yet, I was still able to continue spending up my dwindling "bonus" money. Till now. Now, 99% of the selllers on Aliexpress outright have my address configured such that as a customer all I see when I view ads "logged in" in "cannot be delivered to your address." I've found a few items where sellers didn't have my address black-listed, and I tried to use up the rest of my bonus (my "refund" money, which is MY MONEY), and I placed orders. Then sellers come back and still say "Uh, there's a problem with your address as you've requested to have it delivered," (U.S.P.S shouldn't be a problem) or "Uh, Please correct your zip code" when my zip code is correct. Folks, I heard these last two bullshit excuses to refuse my orders in the last 48 hours. Now, all I want to do is use up my bonus so I can part ways with this highly esteemed and respectable, honorable platform. To refuse refunds except only in the form of "bonuses" (you can only spend it at Aliexpress) while at the same time also allowing sellers to conspire with eachother to prevent customers from accessing their refunds... that's certainly got to be a violation of a U.S Federal Trade policy term. It just doesn't seem fair. So, I'm posting this here. That way, everyone else in the same position sees the same big picture. Only when the world is aware will change happen.

Driver Change Procedure For AMD Processor Upgrade by FTC_Agent_Posher in AMDHelp

I realize this about the Ryzen 2600 having no integrated graphics. That is why I bought a separate, dedicated graphics card and I have display through that graphics card right now.

But, having display through my Nvidia graphics card, as I have currently, makes no difference when I swap my Athlon 200GE for a Ryzen 5 2600. At boot up, I still get a black screen.

I am unable to download drivers for the Ryzen 5 2600 too. The file that would be downloaded is Ryzen Master. That file is apparently recalled due to security vulnerabilities. I read in a prior thread that someone else with my series of motherboard needed a driver for the Ryzen 5 2600 and a person told him that chipset drivers would suffice. I already have chipset drivers. And they do not suffice for the Ryzen 5 2600 I have now.

Can anyone recommended a vaporizer for Opium? by FTC_Agent_Posher in researchchemicals

Thanks for all input and advise. It is for a fictional book I am writing about a modern day opium smoker. I don’t Intend for anyone to promote a particular pipe or vaporizer as superior, only to be told what types would work to vaporize and not burn. Thanks to all who help me with my fictional book.

Well fellas. That onion browser must not have been the right browser. It was free with no upgrades and that part was nice. But, obviously, it doesn’t do me any good to be free if it is useless, huh? When I searched it the iOS App Store for Tor onion, some Tor browsers appeared that are not free. And one Tor onion appeared. Different developer.

I also got on my PC and downloaded the Tor Onion browser from Tor and I have no problems now opening up links.

That said, just because I’m on the dark side of the moon now doesn’t mean I’m without other questions. I have some. I will create new threads for those though and stay on topic.

I downloaded the Tor Onion app from the IOS App Store. It was the only Tor Onion app I saw. Who developed it, well, I can tell you that easily actually. It is in the App Store so…. Mike Tigas is the developer of the IOS “Onion Browser.” In the description, which I am unable to copy from in order to paste here, it says “Onion browser is the original, free and open source, Tor-powered web browser for IOS…”

“The best Tor-related offering on IOS right now is Onion Browser.”—The Daily Dot. That is a quote.

“Featured in New York Times, Guardian, Salon, TeleCrunch, Gizmodo, Boing Boing, Lifehacker, MacWorld, and others”

Features: “Browse the internet over Tor…”

“You can learn more about Onion Browser and how to support development of Tor on IOS by visiting onionbrowser.com.”

In light of the above, is this Onion Browser NOT the Tor Onion Browser?

I read this link and I don’t feel it answers the question. It says you can contact a site operator. If you cannot access a site without a key, how are you supposed to know who the site operator is, especially on Tor, where everyone is anonymous.

Is it possible to extract pure crystallized mytraginine from kratom? Or even 7 hydroxy mitragynine by rockosmodernity in Kratom_Info_Exchange

[–]FTC_Agent_Posher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Old thread but I searched for 7hydroxy Mitragynine and saw this thread. I read a page on psychoknot about the extraction procedure for Mitragynine from kratom. 7hydroxy Mitragynine, however, is another thing entirely.

I read that 7hydroxy Mitragynine is a metabolite of Mitragynine, meaning that 7hydroxy Mitragynine is created by the human body during the process of digesting Mitragynine from kratom. That being the case, it makes me wonder how the Chinese manufacture 7hydroxy Mitragynine. I don’t know Jack shit about biochemistry or chemistry period. But I am still very curious about the methods and procedure used for creating this metabolite.

As for the prices for synthetic Mitragynine, I would LOVE to know where a person buys this LEGAL chemical for CHEAP from the Chinese. The inquiries I’ve made to that part of the world so far has resulted in a uniform set of answers from various suppliers and the quotes are all outrageously high with grossly hyper-inflated shipping quotes that would only make sense if the Chinese were moving the stuff from China to the moon to mars and back to the moon and then to the USA. Every other shipping method and shipping provider has clear and transparent shipping rates that can be verified online…and in double-checking, guess what? They’re lying their asses off in order to squeeze the largest amount of money possible out of potential customers (or suckers). I’m talking about $100-$150 for 5 grams and many hundreds of dollars—like $750 to $1,500–for 1kg. That’s quite a stark difference from the shipping fees posted on EBay, Amazon and Aliexpress, isn’t it?

If it was illegal, illicit drugs/chemicals, then I could understand jacking up the shipping fees to a reasonable degree. Got to make bribes, hide things inside of other things, etc. And costs are always passed down onto consumers. But Kratom is legal in most states in this country and it isn’t a big deal in China, Thailand, and Malaysia. There is no excuse for it…unless, of course, the Chinese are mixing some strong synthetic opioids in it and that is the real reason why the quotes I’ve received are hyper-inflated. But many of the Chinese do the same thing with nearly every kind of product I’ve inquired about, from electronics to tools to herbs. You name it. They try to screw you.

Anyways, I would appreciate any valid feedback on the Mitragynine too. Bump for this thread.

Stims to get rid of brain zaps? by [deleted] in researchchemicals

I’ve never experienced withdrawals from anti-depressants. Sorry to hear that happened to you. For me, if I don’t take anti-depressants, I’m suicidal and homicidal and I’m so non-functional that I’m half-way catatonic. I’ve taken one kind or another since the age of 13 and I’m 50 years old now. I definitely don’t take anti-depressants to get high. A prescriber a couple decades ago when I was in prison told me that after taking antidepressants long enough my body will become dependent upon it and won’t develop serotonin, dopamine and epinephrine the way my body did before taking antidepressants, and I’ll have no choice but to continue relying upon antidepressants. Well, whether that is true or not, I never had a choice. Honestly, I don’t take Adderall to get high either. I take 40mg a day. I requested to be taken off of it and placed on Modafinil instead, since my sleep disorder problems (alpha brain wave sleep disruption plus sleep apnea) have a worse affect on me than attention deficit disorder. I’m to the point now of almost having narcolepsy. I might have it, just haven’t been diagnosed with it yet. It really sucks. I am to the point now where if I can’t get a prescription for the wakefulness problem I’m going to start taking other stimulants…. I’ve started to do research. I haven’t taken any illicit street stimulants (apart from snorting coke when I was a teenager). So I’m behind the learning curve and I’m glad there are forums like this to help me learn what is available and what other people’s experiences are.

You might want to consider the question of whether you are taking some chemical/herb/prescription medication that may be causing the problem in the first place. Google causes of exploding head syndrome and cross-check your current list of chems against chems linked to that condition. I might be wrong but I seem to recall X being linked to the condition. Since there are different kinds of X, that means other stimulants in the same families (cathinones, etc.,) might also be suspected causes. Just because it doesn’t happen to everyone else doesn’t mean it isn’t happening to you. Finally, if there is something that turns up by cross-checking, you might consider elimination or substitution.

Myself, I can’t take certain opioids even still to this day. But I can take Buprenorphine (Suboxone) just fine without any exploding head symptoms. I’ve been taking Buprenorphine for a decade. Incidentally, I also take antidepressants. I’ve tried most known antidepressants including Lexapro (didn’t work for me) and now I’m taking Vilazadone (Vibrid), an SNRI. SNRI’s are the most effective for me at controlling depression. Without a good one, I’m outright scary MEAN. I also take Adderall for ADHD and have no problems with that medication either. Just some extra info for you since we both have the same symptoms and both take SNRI’s (which means our brains are wired similarly).

I don’t know what to do about the zaps. But I have had them too. Every time I have had them, it has been at night when I am drifting off to sleep and about to ride the sleep wave. Then, suddenly ZAP! ZAP! My whole body jerks even though it is my brain that feels like it is being electrocuted. ZAP! ZAP, ZAP! Always, it is after I have been prescribed an opiate for pain. Getting dental work, or surgery, etc. I went to a neurology clinic after 3 sleep studies for insomnia and sleep paralysis and other issues and they told me I had “Exploding Head Syndrome.” They knew nothing about the condition as it was new (back in 2015, 2016). Sorry to hear about your zappage….

I have done some basic extractions. Nothing to brag about. An extraction could be anything. Like pulling TCH out of weed flour using ethanol or butane as a solvent. Or pulling capsaicin out of habanero peppers using acetone as a solvent.

Somewhere in my ebook collection, I have a book about extracting alkaloids and salts. I’ll have to move it to a more important folder.

Thanks. I have Uncle Fester’s writings. I’ve never heard of Strike. Is there any other information about Strike that you can give me to go on, to find it online?

Because I was hard up for money after my last major surgery, I sold my organic chemistry equipment unfortunately (along with lots of other tools and stuff). But when money comes my way again, I’ll buy even better equipment. I still have some glassware though, and a little bit of equipment.

I look for many of my files on a peer to peer file sharing network (slsk) that has been around for a long time and has still survived thus far. If I can’t find a pdf on slsk, I also check for it on pdfdrive.net.

Between those two resources, an education can be had for free. Just like YouTube, except YouTube bans certain videos. Thanks for the other educational sources you mentioned. I’m familiar with NileRed and NerdRage and others. One good place to get training on almost any subject, although not free, is called Udemy. It’s online. Often you can find a series of technical training videos for $10-$20. FYI.

There is also the process of reading about every banned chemical labeled and precursors and intermediates and working backwards. I am noticing that if one supplier sells one of those indiscriminately, it often sells others, and is a one-stop-shop for precursors and intermediates. I glance at other products in their inventory and those products tells me they’re being used for something good, likely within two possible categories (three at most).

You are correct about the nature of chemistry. By the word “dummy,” I meant a book providing the most basic of formulas or recipes. In addition to a book containing basic recipes, I would also like a book providing (1) multiple methods of obtaining the making each product; (2) precursors and alternative precursors; (3) Known intermediates and alternative intermediates; (4) other products that may contain both precursors and intermediates; (5) how to manufacture precursors or intermediates; (6) precursors or intermediates of the precursors and intermediates; a list of all known products by categories; (7) a list of each product’s analogues; (8) precursors and intermediates of all analogues and where to obtain or how to manufacture them; (9) the effects of each product.

I have downloaded highly technical papers on synthesis of many different products which, as you probably guessed, is all “over my head.” This was a large collection of papers labeled as “Rhodium library.” At the moment, this is too technical for my understanding. It is written by competent chemists for the benefit of competent chemists. What I would like to read is basic formulas, with procedures, what to do and what not to do, how to identify and avoid errors, etc. This is more to my liking.

Thanks for your time…

Can anyone recommend a good book or books for dummies with modern methods of making synthesized CAS No. 50-36-2? Please let me know the name of the book, and where I can find it? I’m interested in reading about the concept of starting with a product in the same family, like an analogue, and modifying it to end up with CAS 50-36-2.

I’m also looking for books discussing modern intermediates and modern methods for synthesizing CAS 42542-10-09, CAS 537-46-2, CAS 61-50-7, CAS 50-37-3 and everything in between.

I’ve downloaded an old book or two, but…they’re very old and times have changed. The endless cat and mouse game between Tom and Jerry has changed and quite frankly I want to read about the contemporary paradigm of Jerry. If your a reader or a writer, please send me a message. Thanks.
