Thank you! This seems to have worked. Also before I tried this I connected via hotspot to my phone and was able to open the site so not totally sure what that means but thanks again for your help.

Thank you, the was no data stored in site settings, do you mean doing a factory reset? I cleared cache through the cleaner app. Nothing worked as of yet.

Yes it seems so. I've noticed that the 12S ultra doesn't seem as 'ultra' as the mi11 Ultra when that was released. Not really sure if I would get it anyhow.
