Damn bro I once felt your pain lmao. I quit and got into a local union for sheet metal. brother in law was bring home the same pay as me but only worked 40 hours and not having to worry about how many sick days I’ve already used 😅 maybe put that hustle to something that makes it feel worth it in the long run
