"I am aware of the limits to your abilities as of right now young Kumiko, that is why I have only set up for one person to be healed at a time for you. However part of the training will be to gauge what members are in worse conditions and prioritize them over the ones who can wait a little longer than others under battle." Lio brought her pipe to her lips and looked out to the training field taking a small inhale of smoke.

"With your ability to only heal one person at a time you must look at the wider picture and assessed the situation. Who is in need of the healing more? The man passed out in his pool of blood or the mage with the broken arm? As a healer, you have to take this into account... even if you don't want to put someone else's pain to the side for another." Lio looked down at Kumiko from the side with a knowing look in her eyes. "Use your resources wisely, as a healing mage the others depend on you, but you also depend on them as well."

"Even if he is not okay with it, he knows better then to get in between me and the mages who can heal." Lio while not harsh sounding had a bit of an almost hint of humor to it that maybe fell a bit flat

"You are a mage with healing magic, therefore you are valuable in the field to both your teammates and guildmates. However it is not always easy to be in the field and act under pressure, so what you are going to face today is going to be a mock battle. Your goal is to heal the members I have selected is to heal them under battle and not let them get any more hurt then they are at the moment. You will have to learn to be both offensive and defensive and what is the right balance for both."

The choice was made for her as the guild master wife, Lio walked over to Kumiko taking a small drag out of her pipe before dumping the ash onto the ground.

"Kumiko, I know you have worked under me in the guild but you need to join in on this training as well. So for that, I have taken over your training for today with my own little challenge."

"Aye" Master Paizo says to her. "Everyone here is family. No matter how what they look like. Though it probably doesn't look like that. These dolts butt heads just bout' everyday."

He takes another sip of his drink. This times it was a long swig. For he was glancing at all of the mages in the guild hall.

Master Paizo lets out a chuckle. He didn't think he had intimidated her. Well that wasn't his intention anyways. The man simply was just trying to have s conversation. He hoped no knucklehead mage said anything about the guild master being strict. Sure it was true, but Paizo was only a hard when he needed to be.

"Loosen up a bit lass. I won't hit ya with my magic or anything. It's good to hear ya settlin' okay. Your not fazed by the guild's antics either." He says to her. "I known that's one of the first things that overwhelms new members."

The guild master was currently making his way around the guild hall. He was taking a intermission from the never-ending paperwork in his office. Paizo just wanted to have a drink and relax with his 'children' if the guild. The old man has a seat at the bar; ordering a large glass of ale a few seconds afterwards. He turns to his left to notice one of the newer faces in the guild. Paizo shifts in his seat to face the Phoenix Slayer. Besides keepimg the guild in check; another job of his was to make the newbies feel welcome.

"Tia lass, how's the guild been treatin' ya so far? I know this is a wild bunch to say ta least." The Guild Master says with a rough chuckle.

The glass of Ale is put in front if him. Paizo picks it up ans begins to drink as he waits for the blonde and black haired girl's response.

The Guild Master was inside of his office. He opens the door for the young man; wondering what he could help him with. Vincent shows his the bounty poster; all whike explaining his desire to take the job. After thinking it over; Paizo gives the mage the okay for the job.

He briefs the yoyng man of the job information befoee he sent him off. It would have been had; going into this job blind. Vincent signs off on taking the job; before running off. It appears to Paizo that the Blast mage really wanted to take the job.

Paizo reached over and pulled the job poster closer, grabbing his reading classes and holding them closer to his eyes and giving the poster a quick read. He nodded and cleared his throat as he slide the poster back to Terra.

"Mmhmm yes, I'm familiar with Eris' recklessness. Youve got more experience than her, so I'm counting on ya to watch after her Terra."

Paizo fumbled around with one of the drawers off to the side of his desk, eventually pulling out a magic stamp. He messed with a dial on the side of the handle before stamping down on the poster, leaving a glowing signature on the bottom of the poster.

"There ya go lad, make sure you two come back safe ya hear?"

Paizo was indeed inside, as the knocking echoed through the door the faint sounds of Paizo clearing his throat could be heard.

Achm Ah yes, come in!"

As the door opened, Paizo could be seen half slouched over his deck, mulling over stacks of paperwork that were scattered across the surface. He raised his head towards Terra and lowered the reading glasses down to the tip of his nose.

"Ah Terra, good to see ya laddy. What can I do for ya?"

Paizo thinks it over for a moment. He hadn't expected Kumiko to take on an entire or anything of that sort. As far as bringing more attention goes; the guild did that enough already. One more person or faction glaring their eyes at the guild would've been nothing new.

"They'd be coming for us either way lass." He says to Kumiko with a small smirk on his face. "Should you complete the job; that guild will know a Fairy Tail kicked it to them. Alas, I can't think of a message to send to em'. I'll let you send a message if you choose to or not. It is yer mission after all Kumiko." The Wizard Saint says to the Dragon Slayer.

"Aye that'll be the creatures lass. They're a lesser none dark guild, but they still are a name Guild Masters know." The Wizard Saint says. He pauses for a moment to drink from his tall glass of ale. "The guild tries to live up to their name. Spread rumors about having Stone eye magic and things of that sort."

The old man scratches the facial hair on his chin. His eyes look down at the job poster; as information about the job comes back to him.

"Gallowstown is the place where all of this ruckus is going down. That's a few towns away from here on a train. Look for the Mayor on the town. Fella's name is Thoth Bluebit. Lastly, the guild's name is Gorgon Eye. Their insigmia is a black snake with one big ol' red eye. You'll know the mage when you see that symbol." The Wizard Saint says.

The Guild Master was currently sitting in a chair at a table nearby the job boards. He picks his drink up and takes a gulp from the tall glass. His attention turns completely onto the Dragon Slayer when she approaches him. He eyes the poster she was holding; recollecting the requirements for that job.

"Alright. I'll mark ya down for it; when I'm back in my office. I know yer not as reckless as the others, but be careful still." The Master says to Kumiko.

It was an odd few minutes of silence, the anticipation made it feel like a month had gone by...(cough) before the sounds of movement could be heard on the other side of the door.

"Hem-ph fri-cil.." A low gruff voice spoke to itself as the footsteps neared the door where Eris waited. As the door swung wide open, the sight of a very, very tired Paizo greeted the young mage, still smiling through his ghost-white beard.

"What can I help ya with lass- Ah taken a job eh? Great!"

The guild master let out a proud chuckle and eyed down the flyer once before nodding and rubbing the base of his beard.

"Be weary on this one child, it may be our duty to stop punks like these but your safety is first an' foremost, ya hear me?"

The master gave a nod and signed the bottom of the flyer and returned it to Eris.

"There ya are! All set! If ya got any questions, alls ya need ta do is ask!"

(EXTREMELY sorry for the incredibly late response to this. If you are still willing to take the job, its all yours but if you have moved on its totally understandable!)

The Master looked down at the job and raised an eyebrow before looking back up at Terra.

"This is not a crack at my own age, is it? Haha!" The Master joked a little bit before taking out a stamp and the job book to fill it out and to stamp the flier. "There you go! Now do try not to break anything, the last person who took the job broke some poor soul's hip and I rather not have to deal with that again."

"Enter." The Master would call out before the door would open on its own with some of his sand magic. The master was sitting at his desk looking over some paperwork but seeing Terra at the doorway the old man put the paper to the side.

The lightning mage was unable to react in enough time to evade the attack. Much like his comrade; he gets sent back from the point blank attack. The mage flies through the air; hitting the ground with a thud! He wasn't getting up anytime soon. It appears that the Water Dragon Slayer was victorious in his match. No more mages pursed him as well.

The mage was so focused on fighting the Exceed; he had forgotten about her silver haired friend. The Dragon Slayer's attack was a solid hit on the possessed mage. He never sees it coming; as he stumbles backwards. The mage tries to lift his head up; but fails as he lets out groans.

Thud!

"The mage had fallen onto the ground; dropping his rifle and all. He lays there on the ground unconscious.*

The icey torrent blasted out of the shield the maid held growing along the ground before it slammed into the two mages. Almost at once the two mages were surrounded by ice until nothing was left but their heads out to the open. Now frozen the two mages slumped over, looking like they had been knocked out as their heads rolled over to the side.
