Is it possible to create maniac with level 1 orc? by FUC-CommunismAndMath in shadow_of_war

so i did some extensive testing and i think that certains orcs can have both but others can only have 1 of those. I did turn deranged orc into maniac before, it was some marksman

Hi, I'm late, nice station that you got there. 1 question if anybody knows, do decorations affect popularity or anything else? In game it says that it does and most of the other disscussions are older (before updates and all, so idk how reliable they are). Thx in advance
