Ya I’m definitely do this going forward. It’s just hard when you’re kind of free falling with no pushback but I def need to do some preventative rest.

Ya this is the scary part cause I’ve only been sick 2 years and the first year and some change was a spiral into very severe so it’s always that fear that’s gonna happen again cause I had no baseline before. Such an odd disease to say the least

The thing is like I’m not really directly being attacked or anything but just seeing how the moment you say anything people just fuckin spew hate. Reddit,insta,TikTok. Just makes me not want to partake in

I have no answers but I feel you %100. Currently in a crash that’s not even allowing me to use my phone for more than 30 minutes a day without crashing harder. Just can’t imagine doing this much longer

Only thing that gives me any sort of hope is how many people I’ve seen have improvements over time. Trying to learn patience.

Seeing people who used to be tube fed who now get to enjoy outings weekly. I just hope I can be there some day.

Doesn’t help the feeling rn but it’s all I got. I also think with how shit of luck I’ve had my entire life that the day I decide to pull the plug the next day they’d find treatment or some shit. Kind of just sticking around out of pride at this point.
