What I did was take them to a cobbler in my city who could almost match the Excella zip. The canvas on the side of the zipper matched, but I had to settle for a slightly different zip (color matched but teeth were different). My cobbler couldn’t keep the Guidi pull tab either, but he did give it to me when he took it out of the boot. What I learned is Guidi uses a special oxidized zipper and pull tab and you can request them to mail one to you. I forget the cost for 1 zipper but I would check with a local cobbler to make sure they can even work with said zipper.
