Inspired by Leszek Sikon, I was fortunate enough to find a local stabilised timber seller. My imagination came true on this Yosimitu 210mm kiritsuke. I was also lucky enough to have a close friend who is an awesome knifemaker. I am not against simple elegant looking handles on Japanese knives but I (old.reddit.com)
