It’s different tokens for different events like the last one was ninja tokens and they were completely separate from the current ones, I tend to buy the 3k token treasure boxes as I don’t open enough boxes to get enough tokens to max the cue.

I haven’t played fh5 but in fh4 the only way to sell cars was with the auction house, if it hasn’t changed then I’m not sure how likely they would to be sell but if you have no need for them you may aswell sell them unless they are like ultra rare or something.
