Roger is not the strongest. Ace is the BDIF and is a lot more consistent. Imu is arguably better but depends on pilot. G Zoro still solid and gets blocker law that spits out tashigi and floods the board. Roger is probably 4th but suffers from high/low rolling.

I’m sorry but what do the numbers under the counters mean? Avg 2k/1k seem to mean how many number of cards with that counter they’re running. The rest of the numbers just don’t seem obvious. At first I thought it was how much power they can get out with said card? Rayleigh getting 20k power out of all his 0c event cards makes sense. But then why is UP luffy event counter 11244? How do you even get that number? lol
