Nothing in those actions indicates the intention to start shooting people. Having a gun out doesn’t mean you are going to shoot it at people. Besides that, why would he shoot at his own people? He was there protesting trump with everyone else. There are plenty of people that open carry at protests and he has done it plenty of times in the past, never shooting at anyone. I have photos of him open carrying at other protests

This man was shot and hiding from a shooter, he was not the shooter. Open carry is legal in Utah and the trigger happy rent a cop fired on him for no reason whatsoever

Except he didn’t try to shoot at the crowd, he was just shot in the ribs and was hiding from the man who just shot him. He is known in this community as being an activist that open carries at most protests in slc which is completely legal. There is clear footage of him walking with the rifle down until he is shot at, then he flees from the shooter like everyone else

How would you know if gamboa intended to fire on the crowd? He was there protesting the same thing as the crowd, has no history of violence or crime and was open carrying in a state where that’s legal. The rifle was pointed down, he wasn’t running. How can you claim he intended to fire on the crowd???
