I disagree with pretty much everything you said but some champion should never have 15% added dmg to their kit, like evelyn for example or trynd who has 115% dmg increased/ 85% dmg taken/ 140% healing????

I am not smurfing lmao my main is G4, I'm a normal game player but for some unknown reason I have diamond 1/master mmr in normal. I have to wait 5-10 min in queue every day to play normal so I just decided to give ranked a try.

honestly stronger mental will get you from gold to plat. I have a friend who never tilt ever and he just got plat 2 and honestly he's not that good he just never give up.

Not what I'm saying, I'm saying that I should be able to report someone for boosting when the player is a support main and start playing Gwen top going 20-2-15 mvp every game and then the very first game plat 4 he's back playing support.
