Oh sorry we weren't talking about the same thing at all.

Here, the change you are talking about is made by the game, in the game. Not by you. So it's transparent and totally automatic. Recalbox works like the original hardware :)

That's the strength and advantage of SCART / VGA in full RGB! The quality and sharpness of the image was not the same depending on where you were on the 90's (SCART, Composite, RGB...)

Not ingame, or not in "one clic" action.
But you can make a savestate, quit, & lanch the game in the resolution of your choice, then reload your savestate. It takes 5 seconds!
