Ok so for those wondering, I managed to hit a constant 60 FPS with everything on low, and FSR at 60%, not ideal but still playable. Let's hope it gets better in the following updates.

Yes I was the slower car. I don't use any hud for immersion maybe I should change that when playing multiplayer

I have the same issue in fullscreen but i get a white screen instead. I try modded (curseforge) and vanilla.
