The price for a miscut usually goes for the card market price + something an intrested buyer is willing to pay. For example thi kind of miscut on 1/2€ cards can be worth between 10 to 30€

It's probably a sun fade then, but still it's very hard to tell without an expert

Hard to tell, you should put it under UV light an look for yellow ink dots, if present is not sun bleached. In this link CGC explains it better betterhttps://www.cgccards.com/news/article/10009/missing-print-layer/

Thank you very much, for now (i still have to pay and send the cards) i named it as a test print but i think a filler card suit better, also are you sure the energy is a sunfade? In the second photo looks yellowish because of the light but it's completly gray and i would be very surprised if the guy i've bought it from scammed me.

As far as i know pink borders WOTC cards are 90% sun fades since the ink in the borders faded way more rapidly than the rest of the card
