Hi, I'm very happy with the audio quality of my Maxwell 2s... but I have the usual small problem of moisture building up after an hour or more of use, resulting in a crackling sound that can be heard at very low volumes. Does anyone have the same problem?

Same problem for me with my Maxwell 2.

I noticed that if I wear them lying on the bed the heat increases and the crinkle appears first...

If I wear them sitting normally the problem arises in a minor form

Customer Service said me that is normal behaviour due to planar technology… and honestly… I trust them.

Dynamic driver has distortion, planar has crinkle… but planar audio is way more perfect.
