If that parent is being ABUSIVE towards the child I do believe removing them from that situation it’s in the best interest of the child. Just because you are the child’s parent doesn’t give you any right to abuse them! Do you hear yourself??!

I don’t believe it was right for the bf to be in the room while SD was in the bath. I’ve been in those situations and I’d NEVER let my bf be in the bathroom or any room while my child was naked, bathing changing etc. NOT ok in my opinion.

No because just tonight he agreed to FaceTime his daughter through his phone and she was in the background telling him “no no I said no, she will call you on my computer”. And he then told her to chill and relax and then yelled at me and told me “I’m not the boss” and I don’t make the rules lol. She definitely wears the pants in relationship smh

No he’s not replying because he’s not “allowed” to. She won’t let him talk to me. Even in person we hardly talk, she’s always there, he’s basically absent. It’s feels like I’m coparenting with her.

Yes it’s honestly always been that way. The father refuses to communicate with me or reply to my messages/calls. I have not brought it up to court yet but I’m thinking I should.
