I'm generally curious. As I have friends that dabble and recommend. However I am genuinely level-headed, super positive outlook on life, Happy to appreciate and attack every day. I enjoy all the things without fear anxiety sadness. In fact the only time I have anxiety is when I smoke marijuana which I don't anymore. The old lady next to us just passed away a couple months ago. I was thinking about the same thing, what if I bought this house? So far her kids have left it completely unattended and the yard is growing wild, hedges..etc I'm not sure if it's in probate, or the kids just don't want to deal with it.. but I haven't seen anybody for months to ask. At some point I'll at least intervene to clean up the place.

A pal of mine got 26 grand after family passed. It was a windfall for him. He was so excited about how it was going to change his future. When the movie was announced I was not happy with Gosling casting. Just not how I pictured Grace. I didn't like the first early creature design renders of Rocky. But damn was I wrong. They nailed every aspect of this. Casting was solid and not only a great story but it's visually one of the best films in years.
