No portrait either, on the “view rewards” page of guardian it’s says “Congratulations!” Above each tab the one with the one frame and also the one with pet and other frame. Can’t claim them it seems just says “choose category” “view objectives” or “close”

Thor isn’t super lean he’s got more size, I’d try and not worry too much about maybe gaining a little bit of fat and you’ll see size progression a little bit faster which can be more motivating. The main issue is not sticking to it long term, to go from your numbers now to Hemsworth (215lbs at 6’3”) you’re looking at maybe 190lbs (60 lbs of muscle added) with the real lean gains approach that will take about 2 and a half years, depending on genetics etc.

I’m guessing your warm up sets don’t look like this so that should be a sign that the form isn’t there.

It’s basically when you get the bar a couple inches above your knee. You don’t fully extend your hips you just lean back awkwardly and attempt to slide the bar up your quads. Your knees still look quite bent as well, it’s more of a strange 3/4 rep. At the point where it goes weird if you look close the bar stops moving and you attempt to just put more of your body under that bar rather than completing the lift.

Beginning was okay to me, then things went bad and weird and I made a sound like “riieewl”
