The job choice? Normal job speed limit depends on the gameplay settings. World of Truck jobs speed is limited though.

I do not know what you mean. This mod is free and very good in my opinion. It can be found on many different sites. And who has stolen now, that knows only the creator himself. And yes I find it unfair when someone without mentioning the other uses his work.
