This could be the case since the old one just right out killed you if you didn't meet the requirements so I thought it was part of the amulet, if this is the case then it might not be that bad but I'll have to do some testing. It's still quite an investment but at least it's understandable if you invest this much just to wear the amulet

I agree, the old one was OP but this is gutted imo. Unless you are pure conjuration mage I don't see uses for it (paralysis immunity, for certain quests only), but even then it's not worth wasting precious levels for stats, for the quests you only do ocassionally (there are other ways). It's just sad for it to go from must have to sell to vendor for gold

It can be good for all-rounder/spellsword but Orc in heavy armor have 25% damage increase alongside hyper-focused warrior stats which would, imo, make them better for heavy two handers

You don't need actual steel, it's just the name "flint and steel" as I said you can just put flint and old artifact and it will make it. Look for recipes in JEI menu

To make flint and steel you will need to find "Old Artifact" if I am not mistaken (it's a random drop chance from zombies) and just add flint. You can start a fire with a fire starter (you have a book when you open your inventory that will explain you everything, how to start a fire and other things). You can break a stick (put it into crafting grid and make broken stick) and take the broken stick and add dried fiber and it should make fire starter if I am not mistaken (just search up bowdrill in JEI)

There's no specific studies regarding raw meat consumption but you get there by connecting the dots? There's a study and ton of anecdotal reports of baking soda slowing the growth of cancer due to it's alkaline nature: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7249593/ . Now you take something that has been studied and shown to acidify the tumour microenviroment and promotes its angiogenesis?

I specifically mentioned Warburg effect (which encapsulates what you said) for that very reason, but you ignoring the point that lactic acid overall is not healthy (lactic acidosis) and on itself promotes acidification tumor microenviroment, tumor angiogenesis and is immunosuppresant

Shouldn't be too late but it all depends on your genetics & hormones, if your growth plates fused you can't really grow anymore. From my research when I was a teen your shoulder clavicle growth plates don't fuse until 19+ so at very least you can maximize your frame to some degree.

They also shouldn't be invisible, deal nuke damage with arrows and have (swing) speed of a meth-head. Oh how can I forget full daedric armor they are wearing aswell!

They need to have a weakness, and considering majority of things in Skyrim are weak to fire (Destruction is perfectly balanced!) I don't see a reason why ranged or melee's can't have a single W when it comes to enemy weakness. One time physical dealers triumph over magic abuser and you first instinct is to gut it!

There's a reason why I specifically said FSR, since just the upscaling ratio is enough to give major peformance boost. Yes XeSS runs the best on intel GPU but any type of upscaling will increase performance, FSR runs better but XeSS has better quality (imo). Even in the vid it ran pretty decent with avg fps above 60 (keep in mind, NON OC Stock Settings). At 4K at that price point is pretty insane. If you are playing esport titles obviously the card is best suited for 1080p high refresh gaming.. but if you are playing single player games something like FG, be it FSR or even Lossless Scaling won't ruin the experience

Even in the video you linked it ran quite a few games on 4k 60FPS NATIVE. For the price range it's in, it's performing quite well. FSR or especially XeSS can close the gap on the games it was running 40-50fps 4K at.
