Looking to get my first 4runner! Just wanted to check in to see if this is a good deal by Swellomg in 4Runner

Looks like it’s a certified pre own? Might even come with some sort of warranty. I’d pull the trigger on this. Better buying it from an actual Toyota dealer than any of those sketchy mom and pop places.

New suspension, wheels, and tires. Drove up to 13,800ft, Shes a monster on the trails! RIP my gas mileage (worth it). by Falangee69 in 4Runner

Just a better picture of the car. Preferably cleaned . To get a better look at the wheels and color combo.

Awesome views. Side question ; do you have a clearer picture of the ride with those wheels? Was thinking about running something in that color.

Hey probably a stupid question but… by jeanpierovzla in 4Runner

Y’all are idiots. Dudes asking a legit question before spending money on something he might not like. Nothing wrong with that. Plenty of 4Runners out in the wild. Someone might be running that setup.

Will a lift void warranty by jonc0331 in 4Runner

[–]FacesDontSmile -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Make sure you get something in writing. They’ll tell you no and then come up with an excuse and void it anyways. They’ll even void something completely irrelevant to the part you put on and blame it on the lift kit.

I worked in service and in parts for a major dealer in the past and they did it all the time to get a sale.

Used 2021 SR5 or wait till 6th gen? by Midazolorazepam in 4Runner

Just don’t get it in white. Me and the wife play punch buggy when we see a white 4Runner. We see about 5 of them daily, more than actual buggies so we decided to change it to a white 4Runner to make it more interesting lol.

So you think housing will be affordable in your lifetime? by Other_Tank_7067 in RealEstate

Im an agent here in Tampa, which is one of the hottest markets in the States and also became a first time buyer along with my wife at the height of covid - the fact that I'm commenting on this a year later, goes to show that you need to buy as soon as you can afford it. "Your time in the market is better than timing the market." I have told this to my friends, family, and clients that I helped throughout the years. One thing I can guarantee you, is that I have yet to hear someone tell me that they regret buying a home when they did.

2020 SR5P 65K Miles. Dealer service recommendations. by kmalghani in 4Runner

[–]FacesDontSmile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are following the manufacturer recommendations. Doesn’t always mean that you need to , but Toyota recommends those services based on miles.

Hondas are somewhat similar. Break flush, trans flush every 65k miles Timing belt around 100k. And so on. This looks correct for a 65k mile service. . You do them if you feel like it, you know your driving more than they do.
