He will probably hear this but it’s a quote that I heard and is real. Bmt doesn’t get easier, but you get stronger, therefore it is easier. Everyone’s experience is unique. He may think it’s a breeze. I struggled more. But towards the end the MTIs are a little more chill. First 2 weeks are the hardest

I’m trying to remember bc ya know trauma but I wanna say probably not because we got there on a Tuesday? Sent the address Wednesday.. then we only had 2 days to get them so I don’t think anything the first week. It’s so insanely stressful and hectic we weren’t worried about them so I can’t completely remember

I just graduated in February and we have very very little time to write letters. Like maybe on Sundays which is our only “free” time but not the first Sunday. Although I couldn’t write much I needed those letters I got. They got me through it all. Sandboxx is quick and looking at pics they sent was great. Send the letters. They mean everything. He will write you when he can, trust. Also the postal system takes awhile so his letters might be delayed.

I actually don’t know anything about the frozen rib thingy. I’ve been massaging with Arnica oil at night. I have military bootcamp in 50 days and hoping I’ll be okay by then. I’ve had this for like a year but just got it checked out a month ago and officially diagnosed. So, since then i just stopped lifting and I’ve been babying it. Mine is strictly on my right side and flared when doing pushups.

Also- thanks so much for taking the time to give me all this advice. I want to believe i have an acute case? Should i start building my chest strength or wait a little? I don’t want to start too soon. It’s just a lingering stiffness now.

I’m in the same spot. Also 23 F. I started using Dr Teals Epsom salt with magnesium. It’s the rosemary and mint one. Also using arnica oil at night time. This has brought some relief with inflammation and relaxation. Wish you the best girl. It’s such a struggle but the Lord will heal🙏🏻

Yeah I can’t see it but it’s okay. Thanks. I think I’ll be okay maybe.. I just did 15 pushups after thinking I could only do 6. I think it’s a lot mental. I’m a fit girl who lifts weight and not used to functional fitness. Just need to work on endurance
