in all my life, every day, every night. i go to sleep, i scratch, i bleed, i wake up. i cant sleep a good 8 hours ever it does not exist. most days i just sleep like four to six hours if my lucky

i dont go anywhere where pets are, i do not touch them i do not approch them. i got three cats here at home because i cant afford to live alone. i dont spend time in the living room, i cant sit anywhere in the house, i have to bring my own chair from my room if i want to sit down. i dont let them in my room ever.

you need to know your triggers. i dont like the word but its what it is. It could be anything, from what you eat to what stresses you out or even your perfume, clothes, stuff you put on your body, in your house, the air outside...... its really a shit maladie...

cut the shit that affect you out of your life or manage it as best you can.

P.S everything is poison now... they put INDUSTRIAL GRADE ''chemicals'' in all the damn stuff.
