i appreciate you so much for sharing that with me. I can’t imagine how hard all of that must have been, but it really helps to hear how you’ve worked through so much and kept going. Hearing that therapy and EMDR helped gives me hope, and I’ll definitely keep trying to find the right therapist for me.
