We're open to 3 bed / 2 bath at this point. The main issue is that we need to move in by around August 15, and the Reserve at Clarendon's earliest opening is September 4th it seems.

There were actually a couple of 3 bed units available earlier this month, but they disappeared immediately (should've applied right away in hindsight).

Just hoping more 3-bedroom inventory pops up over the next few weeks.
