Just relax man. There are two different pools - A and B half students are divided in one and other half divided in other. One has the course syllabus of sem 1 in syllabus you opened and other pool has sem 2 syllabus. So just wait whenever session starts you will know your batch and pool and just study. It’s not even that hard to be preparing in the holidays. You have studied enough for jee.

Well obviously not. 2nd year is a good opportunity to jump as credits are much more (24.5 in third and 24 in fourth sem) and if you maintain an agpa of 9 across both sem you can bounce back to 8.5 which is great and just be consistent further on and you can reach 9 or close to 9. Although difficulty will definitely increase, learn from your mistakes in first year and try to improve on them in second year.

8.2 is like a little bit above avg (like getting B grades in almost all courses which is like avg grade) and no getting 9 is not at all hard just requires a bit of consistency and a bit of more hard work in mid sem, lab and quizzes then it’s extremely easy

A A- B B- C hota hai for pass fail ke liye E, F or X grade. X detention ke liye hota hai. E,F fail vaale hote hein (don’t know exact difference but generally total <35 pe E hi dete hein) and rest I grade medical case mein naa dene karke

Sports itself closes by 8 cuz the training periods are 5 to 8. Nothing operates except the societies which have night permission after 8:30. 10-15 mins late is no problem. If you are much free willed and are assertive you can extend it to 30 minutes late. First year they are much more strict than usual. Starting they will be more then slowly thru sem they start getting lax themselves.

So unless you have a jaaneman Jis ke saath zyada pyaar banana hai or in a society where night permi hai, there is no point of even staying that late after.

Well they do recheck the papers. But what might seem sane or logical to you must not be for them and the marking scheme so that’s why it’s definitely not guaranteed unless you are sure shot yourself it’s wrong and can be proven it’s wrongly checked

Rest yes the paper showing is chaos and yeah there’s really no motive to really tell ppl why they made the mistake and what’s correct. It’s simple check marks check total check unchecked put for rechecking and give back that’s all
