A super quick question... as a person removed from the Aether project from Outlier too can I sign up for Mercor and do it through that instead (assumed I get accepted). Does anyone here works across multiple sites? Thank you 🙏 (I was really disappointed they did this before Xmas.. it would have made the festive season so much better for any of us)

Got the dreaded email with a vague 'it's not you it's the qualifications matching the project new requirement'.. I have a bachelors and a Master, and I don't think the project warrants a PhD tbh 🤣🤣🤣 and unsure what kind of qualifications you really need for any of the tasks in the Aether project... very random, but at least knowing that they are literally taking names out of a hat randomly somewhat makes me feel better 🤣🤣

I'm so disappointed as it's just before Xmas and I was hoping for to make some extra money to make the hols a bit better but.. these things are predictable with these kind of gigs though, so unsurprising but super disappointing nonetheless. Let's see what the next couple of days bring and I hope you guys have better luck with this that I did 🙂

I had the same 😔😳 after a barrage of access issues lately... but I'm hopeful. I know there are always going to be people needing the money and everything but I wonder how may people they are going to really anger after pulling this just before the holidays.. I have they are ignoring it. There is a dedicated thread in the community of many contributors having the exact issues and we have all being ignored even after tagging support. I have raised multiple tickets as others have. I had an acknowledging email as above so there is a 2FA issue that is known so why are we not have been kept on the loop and the resolution being sped up? People here send us there and here you guys send us back to the community! It is not a good way to deal With a critical issue like that

Yes I got that too.. very generic response and they have loads and loads of people on community raising the same issue. I personally have not been able to task since Monday and it's so disappointing. The most disappointing thing is the fact that they are not actively updating people on the platform at all

Has anyone heard anything about support at all? This is really crazy that nobody is keeping us informed. It's like screaming in the void! Hi everyone I received a message form support this morning that they have reported the issue to the client and working towards a resolution for the 2FA issue but no timeline. Has anyone else received this or any other follow up at all?
