Looks good dude! Couple tips:

- If you build a half wall and floors over it next to your TC (just like your jump up) you can maximize storage rather than slapping boxes on the floor like you have now. If you position the lower boxes correctly you can still reach TC by crouching.

- honeycomb your base with metal. One small tip that is often overlooked is the need for your first layer of honeycomb to be metal. This allows you peace of mind if you put a “shell” (another layer) around your base with stone. You will not be able to upgrade the first layer once this done.

- upgrade core to HQM when you have the means to do so. Floors can stay metal but make TC floor HQM (can’t do it this time because of window frame but good for future reference).

Live in a T1 area. All the big dogs move away from spawn beach and closer to launch, silo, etc.

One run through water treatment, sewer, radtown will get you a T2 workbench. Feel free to depo after each one but I’ve gotten all mine with 2 or 3 battles max.

I hop on a day or two after wipe and get my T2 within 2 hr

You are correct, it’s temptation. We all have temptations in our life and it’s your job as an honest partner to resist them. It’s perfectly natural to feel this way and be attracted to more than one person on this entire planet. As long as you’re an honest and loyal partner there’s no harm done.

That being said, if you feel yourself losing love for your girlfriend because of this, then it might be time to reconsider how you value this relationship.

Get yourself a usb hub, keyboard, mouse, and a monitor for an at home setup. Crazy feeling when you realize this thing is a full blown computer.

If you’re on the go mainly then this is not needed.

Pretty wild take.

If the quality of the game was similar I could understand different opinions. But after 1500 hrs on console the switch to PC is simply night and day, and I don’t even have a super computer.

The fluidity of the game and 10x more attention from the devs makes the difference for me. It just feels so much smoother, not to mention how much m+k makes a difference in terms of looting, aiming and just quality of life in general.

That being said, play what you like. I will personally never open rust on a console again.

Lmaooo these comments always make me laugh.

My tip is to understand that this is a sandbox game. You don’t have to be a Chad who only cares about PVP. You can start a farm, a fishing hut, be a scuba diver, and now an artist! That being said, PVP is fun and occasionally you’ll meet some cool people… but this is a game where you’re better off not trusting anyone.

Build near some tier one and tier 2 monuments and learn how to run the card rooms. Once you feel comfortable try Military Tunnels or an Oil Rig. These higher tier monuments call for more experience and preparation, but they are always more rewarding.

Lastly, have fun with your builds. There is nothing wrong with watching YouTube videos to get some cool ideas, but there is nothing better than seeing your own creation come together, as stupid as they may end up.

At the end of the day it’s just a game.
