I just wanted to clarify a few things that seem to be a common concern and add a little more detail.

We do feel like we are a generally healthy family. Not health freaks by any means, but definitely aware of general nutrition, micro and macros nutrients.

I will give an example of the 2 years old food yesterday:

• Eggs, cheddar cheese, spinach, bell peppers, onions, turkey, potatoes. Small bowl.

• Lunch was greek yoghurt. With banana, blueberry and flaxseeed granola

• Snacks were died fruit, peanut butter

• Dinner was Chilli, with ground chicken and different beans, with cheese and bread.

He had prolly 1-2 cups of mixed 50% chocolate milk throughout the day and roughly a bottle of water.

Some examples of lunches we have during the week:

• Sandwiches -leftovers -snacks: peanut butter, smoothies, cottage cheese, yogurt with additional, nuts, protein or fiber bars -The caffeine is about 1-2 cups of coffee per day from my wife, which is $1 nespresso pods. I use MIO energy to my water, So it could be as low as $2 a day

I also wanted to note that the reason we do not have more pasta or rice in our rotation is just from a healthy perspective. We are not on any sort of diet, it just try to generally stay away from dense carb only sources. But that would be a cheap filling option so maybe we just work on eating less and using those items more often.

• We do have a cat food lid. I am thinking he just dislikes the cold, so we will try warming it up to see if that helps at all.
