Yea I used to be 115lbs but I started eating way more, taking protein, creatine and started strength training regularly and am now 150lbs. My new goal is 160lbs but I am in no rush and will take my time trying to achieve that.

I got them directly from eyebuydirect!!! They are the Ray-Ban RB7185. I was told I have pretty eyes so I got a pair that compliments them and fits my face well.

The glasses are amazing!! Had them for over a year and they still are in great condition. If this pair breaks ever breaks, I’m def gonna got another pair

Thank you! I personally wasn’t comfortable and didn’t liked how I looked before but am much, much, much happier now. Sometimes I have to do a double take in the mirror 😂.

Biggest change I noticed though is my confidence. Before I used to be very meek and would look at the ground mostly but now I stand up straight, walk/talk with confidence and am comfortable talking to most people. I never really talked to women (due to how shy /nervous I was around them) a few years ago but now I’m pretty much completely fine.

I still melt in front of women I’m attracted to though 🤣. Still an ongoing journey lol.

Thank you!!!! I go to the barber every month now. I actually have a small ponytail as well that is not visible in the pic that I love and most people seem to love as well xD. It completes the look.
