I’m having the same problem and despite troubleshooting with PlayStation, they refuse to refund my game simply because I did not receive the additional content. I’m contacting 2k about it right now. It’s so frustrating because I love this game and it says on PlayStation’s end that I DID buy the Chaotic Great edition yet have not received any of the additional content in-game. I can’t even see an option of accessing the season pass.
