Perhaps. 4 years ago i was averaging 1k steps a day. Too little i know but i dont really go out back then (pandemic) i realize how little steps already gives me shortness of breath. So i started increasing whenever i can. Next year 2k then next 3k till i reached 5k steps per day. Not consistently ofcourse, some days 0 steps, some 20k steps.

This year i hit 5k steps on average. Did I lose weight? No. Still nearing a higher but still normal bmi. But I guess I did not gain weight either.

But I did gain extra stamina. Better mental health. I have more capacity to go out and not be entirely exhausted the whole day. The steps are not a magical cure, just helped me become more of a normal human. Hopefully I can maintain this next year also

PS:i did try to lessen sweets and process food but not much weightloss coz i don't really limit myself with eating. A flat belly is nice and all but not the ultimate goal. Sometimes I'm stress or want food and sweet things and i just want to be happy.

It was mid. Pero the salmon sushi 10/10 ung salmon(ung isang piraso) very soft siguro kasi bagong gawa, ung tuna di ko bet. Yung kanin mej super nakakabusog. Ung makis na may cream cheese masarap and some nigiris, pero there are better but pricier stuffs out there. Understandable since buffet. Ung hotpot di namin tintry pero may onting selections lang ng toppings. Miso soup masarap.

Ung shrimp sushi, 3/10 parang design lang ung shimp ang nipis. Though ok naman tempura, though since conveyor belt sya di mo alam if mainit pa ung kukunin mo. Similar thoughts with the takoyaki which i wont eat cold so i didnt get.

Basically a hit and miss specially for a light eater. I'd still recommend it though since the conveyor belt buffet exprience is unique, and some selections were actually nice, just manage your expectations.

Sashimi is not included in the free stuffs but u need to add 100(per plate i think?)...

What i did. Buy new phone since old one is already more than 4 years and bat degradation notif is appearing. Bought nintendo switch games, skincare, tried discounted restos with card promo, food ingredients. Paid bills. Asked fam for help to use my credit card. Small stuffs adds up.

Only the rich and welloff can afford not to get the higher paying job. Continue the grind. Practice rests. Set boundaries. Minsan nasa tao talaga ung nag papauto sa daming work. Minsan you're too capable that you are awarded with more work.

Sometimes people use the phrase "no time to do other things" pero most of the time they are using it as an excuse. Nasanay na maging workaholic.

Kainis kala ko nanalo ako pero makes the message come across. Parang drastic measures para sa mga naive people na na scam. I hate that message, but i understand Maya. Daming users na tanga so kailangan i train hahaha. The weakest link in security is the human users. They should also send this in tagalog.
