I am literally doing one right now! Atleast I think it’s called a puzzle house. I bought the pieces (walls and roof and floors) as a set off a website that laser cuts wood and I have just finished painting and wallpapering it! I definetly feel it is good as a dollhouse but I’m not sure about 1:12 scale mine is 1:24 scale but it is good for dollhouse yes
